I would only tell Erika that it's normal and that there are other women in her position. Like me. A year ago, Ii had the same problem with my boyfriend. The only advice I could give you is: take your time. It took about a week (while trying every day) to my boyfriend to be able to get «in». And it was still a little hard to be able to do it after that. But it gets only better. The advice the doctor gave her were really good, but I just wanted to tell her she wasn't alone.
